défense des intérêts des copropriétaires des bâtiments pléïades 9, 13 allée Henri Vaussard et pléïades 15 allée Eugène Labiche 76620 Le Havre ; il s'agit notamment, sans que ceci ne soit exhaustif, de s'opposer à ce que les frais de réfection des balcons desdits immeubles, de l'esplanade et du ravalement envisagé, ne soient supportés par lesdits copropriétaires ; ceux-ci en effet estiment que les travaux envisagés ont été rendus nuls par la présence de vices cachés quand ils ont acquis leurs biens immobiliers de la part du vendeur Immobilière Basse Seine ; dans l'hypothèse ou d'autres malfaçons viendraient à être découvertes, l'association aurait vocation tant en défense qu'en demande à représenter les intérêts des présents copropriétaires
