assurer le bon entretien des refuges pour animaux de compagnie en récoltant des fonds par tous les moyens possibles offerts par les nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication ; renforcer son audience et sa crédibilité ;  utiliser les outils de "lobbying" que ces nouvelles technologies permettent (pétitions, appels aux dons, mises en ligne d'actualités, adoptions virtuelles etc) ; s'engager dans une démarche commerciale via une boutique en ligne dont les bénéfices devront être intégralement reversés aux refuges membres de l'association ; assurer un lien entre les amis des animaux de compagnie, les professionnels vétérinaires et les refuges
