Objet :

fédérer les supporters du HAC et en particulier, soutenir moralement et sportivement l'action du HAVRE ATHLETIC CLUB ; développer l'image et les actions des supporters du HAC autour des règles du fair-play, de la sportivité, de la non-violence ; défendre les valeurs humanistes et populaires portées historiquement par le HAC, le football et le mouvement sportif français en général ; être le porte-parole des supporters et sympathisants du HAC auprès des dirigeants du club ; encourager le HAC et aider les jeunes qui pratiquent le football sous ses couleurs ; organiser des déplacements et fêtes et aussi, par sa propagande, aider à développer le renom sportif du HAC ; acheter et mettre en vente des articles publicitaires à son propre logo ou à ceux des associations qu'elle fédère ; organiser une vie associative autour du HAC passant par la gestion d'un Club House qui accueillera, entre autres, une buvette interne (1er et 2ème groupe), réservée aux adhérents et des soirées thématiques ; fédérer les autres associations de supporters du HAC ayant les mêmes buts et les mêmes principes
