contribuer au mieux-vivre ensemble avec l'AREC principalement au Mont Gaillard, avec la participation des habitants, en coopération avec les autres associations ayant leur siège social ou leurs activités sur le quartier et avec les différentes institutions de l'agglomération havraise, notamment les services municipaux de la Ville du Havre ; à cet effet, elle pourra mener toute action aidant à réaliser le but ci-dessus énoncé et particulièrement faciliter l'adaptation par une initiation socio culturelle (Ateliers sociolinguistiques, Réseau d'Echanges Réciproques de Savoirs, divers ateliers) ; soutenir les enfants dans leurs acquisitions scolaires et culturelles ; favoriser le lien social au sein du quartier ; animer le quartier par des interventions ponctuelles
