contribuer à la restauration des bâtiments vestiges du château du Plessis-lès-Tours et à l'aménagement du terrain attenant dans le cadre d'un projet global, promouvoir le passé historique et patrimonial du lieu, soutenir un projet pérenne d'activité culturelle et artistique qui assure la renommée du château de Plessis-lès-Tours, garantir une occupation permanente et une fréquentation publique soutenue du lieu, contribuer à adapter le lieu à cette activité en préservant le caractère architectural et historique du site, protéger l'ensemble de la propriété et ses abords de toutes modifications qui nuiraient à la réalisation des buts de l'association ; développer un projet artistique et culturel articulé autour de cinq axes fondamentaux, recherche par le biais de résidences artistiques et culturelles, ouverture à tous les publics des démarches de création, diffusion artistique, formation et éducation artistique, actions touristiques et patrimoniales
